Two Down...

Hey all!

Sorry about the radio silence yesterday, I've been a bit frazzled the last few days for various reasons. Most of it is done with now. If I hadn't been so messed up I would have had the release ready for you yesterday.

THAT'S RIGHT. BOOK 2 IS COMPLETE! You can read it in its entirety now, and experience the journey of act 2 of Babel in full, but now onto act 3! As you all should know, I'm giving myself a week or so off to prepare for book 3 and to chill out before I start up again, and will be releasing two other stories simultaneously at a slower pace. 1 chapter of each a week at 1000 word intervals. This should allow me to write to my heart's content without being worried about being either hemmed in by short chapters or the constraints of releasing something every day. I've done one set of experiments and now want to see if it will turn out better or worse if I try a slightly different path. I'll still release Babel regularly, don't worry! either way, Here's the chapters:

Bugger This Week

Hey all,

You know when you have those weeks where nothing you plan goes the way you want it to? You're late to work, you burn your mouth on your dinner or you cut it open on some food that should not be as sharp as it was, minor stuff. Minor stuff that keeps happening and stacks up until you're a fucking mess and everything feels like it is falling apart? Well I've had one of those weeks. Nothing I've planned has gone the way I wanted it to and because of that I am behind on chapters, behind on everything and it's infuriating. I have the chapter that was supposed to be out on Tuesday done, but nothing else I have written has been worth keeping, not even stuff for my side stories that I don't publish. It sucks! I didn't want you guys to go without the chapter though, because I should have finished Heaven this week, so I'm going to try and write it over the weekend, and do a double chapter release with a chapter of the story I am writing at the same time as Babel, something I've tentatively called From Ash to Diamond. This is my present to you guys to make up for flaking. Either way, here's the chapter:

Little Late Monday

Hey all!

New chapter is out, a little later than usual, but on the day for once! Things are really coming to a close now, I think it's two more chapters of the story then the epilogue and book 2 of Babel - The Path To Ascension will be over! As I said last time, when I finish I'm going to be taking a week off to write the start of book 3 and to begin editing book 2. Unlike last time, I don't want book 2 to be in editing purgatory for a year so I'm going to be releasing that ASAP. Anyway, here's the chapter:

I Did a Silly

Hey all!

So I missed a day yesterday, much apologies about that. It was not my intention, but I kinda fell asleep before the chapter was complete. I spent most of this evening making up for that, and starting the combat that we have been working up to for the last two weeks! I'm pretty hyped in all honesty, because there's really not too long to go until I'm done with book 2. It's pretty exciting! Once I complete book 2 I'm probably going to take a week off to edit book 2 and write a couple of chapters to start book 3. Once that's done I'll likely be sinking down to 3 chapters published a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

I'll still be writing 5, but I want to start publishing my second and third series' respectively. I am thinking of releasing them on Tuesday and Thursday in 1000 word bursts. One is a more classic fantasy story, with wizards, knights and cthulean monsters. The other is a cyberpunk LitRPG that I started writing recently. Don't worry, I'll still be focusing on Babel, but this way there's a little extra on the site coming out regularly. I do really like writing and releasing daily, so I want to keep that up. It's healthy for me! Anyway, here's the chapters:

Hey all!

The battle is about to begin! It's so soon! I reckon that by Wednesday week after next the second book will be done. It'll end a bit abruptly, but I have to say that I'm happy I'm 2/3 of the way through the story. I'm going to be happy when I complete it. Either way, here's the chapter:

Beyond Up to Date

Hey all!

New chapter is out, and with the chapters that have been released so far, I believe I am actually up to date once more! Woo! The new chapter is a bit short, but this is the final non-MC POV chapter before the end of the book... Okay maybe there's one more in the work but I am not sure about including it. It's only really worth a paragraph, but it explains the cause for the end of the book.

Either way, my knee is feeling better this week. I slept a hell of a lot yesterday and am on form once more! I wonder how long it will last :x Here's the chapter:
