Hi all!
New chapter is out! Earlier than Monday thank fuck. It's an odd chapter today, as it goes over the process of truly making a magic weapon and what enchantment actually does. It doesn't actually progress the story much, but it does tell you a lot.
What have I been up to? I haven't really been up to much. Just bingeing Binding of Issac and watching Rick and Morty. Finally actually started watching that. It's pretty funny.

MISTAKES WERE MADE
Hi all!
Late update today, but it could not be helped as I have had a lot of stuff on my plate. I was intending to write a shorter chapter this time but I got through the section quicker than I thought I would. I hope you all enjoy it! There is a little about how Chaos works in this chapter but I didn't go into as much detail as I would like. I might redo that chapter before I publish the proper book and add more detail about how someone controls the aspect of chaos.
I've been pretty stressed out this week so I haven't been able to write much. Otherwise I would still have somewhat of a chapter buffer and this chapter wouldn't be so late. Sorry about that! Relationship issues suck. Also I posted the chapter as a blog post which slowed down the release DERP. Anyway, here's the chapter!

Mega Milestone Madness
Hi all!
New chapter is out, it's the second Cleo chapter of the current load. There's maybe two or three more before I switch things up again, so you have that to look forward to. She's a lot more of a normal child than Laurence is, but that's expected. Laurence is odd. This puts a close to the Escher-like test and next chapter will usher in the third floor. The first arc of the story will be ending soon enough (maybe 10 or 15 chapters really) so you have that to look forward to as well.
This week has been pretty excellent for me blog-wise. We broke 5000 views, then 5500 views AND we hit chapter 20 since Wednesday. Which has made me very happy. To celebrate this I have standardised the formatting of the site and begun work on mirroring EVERYTHING on to WattPad. Once WattPad has been finished I will mirror it on Royal Roadl as well. With that I should get some more feedback and increase my fan base!
Anyway, here's the chapter:

Why I Hate Winter
Hi all!
New chapter is out, it's another Cleo chapter. Who knew writing from the point of view was so easy @_@. I like this chapter, because I got to imagine all sorts of wacky images that follow along from the Escher painting style rooms this test contains. It's fun.
So yeah, I'm still ill. Different cold though. This is why I hate winter. I swear, I don't have a bad immune system, in fact it's pretty fucking great, but in winter as soon as I get over a cold I get another one. So yeah, I don't get that in summer, the season that doesn't give me headaches and I enjoy. Anyway here's the chapter!

Storms, Sickness and Other Stuff!
Hi All!
New chapter is out! It's a longer one, with a lot of explanation about a new skill that is showing up in the series. It is also introducing the most dangerous enemy any traveller can face... THE WEATHER. I enjoyed writing it, and I hope you like it too!
As for general life things, not much has really gone on. Still been ill, my nose is more blocked up than a bagpipe submerged in lard and I've been working. I did get to throw giant balloons at people during work yesterday which was fun, but that's about it.

Sicky sicky!
Hi all!
Not much to say this update, but I like this chapter. It is the first proper pubstomp you get to see in the story. Hope you like it!
I've been ill for the last couple of days, and so I've been a little drained so I haven't had a chance to write much, but I will be sorting that out soon. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be ready to start publishing Lazarus as soon as I am back on form, so there's that. I will give you guys an update when I know more. Also the site broke 4000 views on Friday! Thank you EVERYONE who is reading my work. It's really awesome to know I have a reader base.

Madness? A DOUBLE UPDATE?
Hi all!
As you can probably guess, today is a double update. One part is a relatively short chapter and the other is a side story. It's a bit of lore that tells you about a part of Babel we have yet to see. I like it, and think that it's a solid piece, but IMO I like the release chapter more. I hope you do!
What have I been up to this week? Well apart from working and job hunting I watched the first episode of The Expanse, which is a new show from SyFy. It has a budget and is actually pretty fucking good. I will be enjoying it. As for everything else, I caught up with Gravity Falls (It's pretty much my favourite cartoon ever). There's only one more episode until the end D: This makes me a sad writer. Either way though, the last two episodes were EXCELLENT, and Bill Cypher is my favourite villain in just about any series. I cannot wait for the 1 hour special episode to finish it, it's going to be EPIC.
In other news, Coiling Dragon finished this week. Most of you know about it, but if you don't it is the series that got most people in the community into Xianxia and the like (Mine was Duolou Dalu), and we are so thankful for Ren and all his hard work. He pretty much blew the translation scene out of the water with the one chapter a day publishing schedule and I wish him the best of luck in translating Desolate Era and anything else he wants at a much slower pace.
